Coaching for senior leaders and ambitious people, on the things that actually move a career. No agenda, nothing to sell you next.
You can buy advice anywhere. What’s rare is someone who’ll help you do your own best thinking, with no agenda, nothing to sell you next, and who won’t flinch when you finally say out loud the thing you’ve been circling for months.
Plenty of coaching tells you the answer’s already inside you. Sometimes it is. Often it isn’t, and you need someone who’s actually run things, made the hard calls and got some of them wrong. I’ve built and run multi-billion-pound businesses from FTSE exec teams, and I’ve been coached myself since 2020. I know what it changes.
Direct, and on your terms. I’ll push, disagree, and play devil’s advocate when it helps, and I’ll keep what you say between us. Usually a standing session every few weeks, in person or by video, for as long as it’s useful and no longer. Most people start with a single conversation to see if it clicks.
There’s no fixed price on this, by design. I don’t charge a set fee. Coaching changed how I work, and I think it should be available on its merits, not on whose budget it lands. Pay what you think a session was worth, whoever you are, anywhere from the going rate for a physio or tutor to what an exec coach normally costs. Your number’s the right number.
Rob made me feel uncomfortable, by challenging the stories I’d been telling myself and the assumptions I was making. The lightbulb came when I realised it was me getting in my own way. When I stepped aside, a new and fulfilling job emerged, and thanks to Rob I was brave enough to take the leap.
Rob helped me at a pivotal time in my career, when I was trying to make decisions about my next steps. The coaching helped me think through what really mattered to me, in both work and home life. His calm, open manner gave me the space to be gently walked through the difficult questions, and to think through the answers. I’m eternally thankful for the time I spent with him.
Email me what’s on your mind. The first conversation is free, and there’s no obligation either way.
